ERP Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting systems
• Configure and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Develop interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows using Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric
• Absorb data integrity, migration, and integration between applications and business tools
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and modules
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing reference

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo strongly preferred)
• Strong Python development skills — integrations and customizations, not just scripting
• Solid Power BI experience with the ability to build and maintain reporting independently
• CRM platform experience
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
