About the role
The ERP Order Management & Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing order entry, processing, and tracking within the ERP system. They will also assist with administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Manage order entry, processing, and tracking within the ERP system
- Auxiliary in document management and filing
- Support scheduling and coordination efforts
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience with inventory management software
- Knowledge of supply chain operations
