About the role

The ERP Order Management & Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing order entry, processing, and tracking within the ERP system. They will also assist with administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order entry, processing, and tracking within the ERP system
  • Auxiliary in document management and filing
  • Support scheduling and coordination efforts
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or administrative support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations

Pay

20 - 25 USD Hourly

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
