What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order status, shipping schedules, and documentation requirements
- Issue POs, routing instructions and shipping requirements to vendors
- Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely production and shipment
- Track vendor compliance with routing, labeling, and packaging requirements
- Ensure all required garments, materials, artwork, and data are delivered to outsourced print partners on time
- Cook outbound shipments with freight carriers and distribution centers
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve delays
- Schedule shipments and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Maintain organized documentation and status updates for stakeholders
- Partner with Production, Planning, Sales, and Warehouse teams to align timelines
- Provide regular updates on shipment status and potential risks
- Support problem resolution related to delays, shortages, or damaged goods
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, traffic coordination, vendor management, or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with Amazon 1P, third-party marketplaces, or wholesale order flows preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
