Order Management Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for order status, shipping schedules, and documentation requirements
• Issue POs, routing instructions and shipping requirements to vendors
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely production and shipment
• Track vendor compliance with routing, labeling, and packaging requirements
• Ensure all required garments, materials, artwork, and data are delivered to outsourced print partners on time
• Cook outbound shipments with freight carriers and distribution centers
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve delays
• Schedule shipments and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Maintain organized documentation and status updates for stakeholders
• Partner with Production, Planning, Sales, and Warehouse teams to align timelines
• Provide regular updates on shipment status and potential risks
• Support problem resolution related to delays, shortages, or damaged goods
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, traffic coordination, vendor management, or supply chain operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with Amazon 1P, third-party marketplaces, or wholesale order flows preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
