Typical Day
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers via inbound and outbound communications.
- Answering incoming emails, assisting with quotes, orders, and providing tracking updates and general inquiries.
- Maintaining professionalism and establishing positive rapport with customers and teammates.
- Entering quotes and orders, processing requests accurately and promptly using SAP and other systems.
- Meting customer service targets such as order entry and handling miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
- Collaborating with other internal departments to resolve customer needs.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
You’ll be:

Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (mandatory).
- Skilled in accurate data entry and patient, diplomatic communication.
- Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Able to work weekends, nights, and some holidays as required.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
