Coaches team members

• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs.
• Seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.

Works with hospital leadership

• Organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

Identifies and resolves workplace conflicts

• Identify conflicts in the workplace.
• Seek assistance in resolution.

Provides feedback and develops performance improvement plans

• Provide feedback leadership.
• Works to develop performance improvement plans.
