Serves as a mentor

Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.

Coaches team members

• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs.
• Seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.

Organizes tech and assistant meetings

Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

Organizes training schedules

Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

Identifies conflicts

Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.

Provides feedback and leadership

Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.

Other duties

Other related duties as assigned.
