Pay & Schedule

• Pay Range: $31.61 - $49.46 / hour
• Schedule: Swing, flexible schedule, rarely overnight

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Veterinary Technician license.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Passionate and patient coach and mentor to your teammates.
• Enjoy working together as a team to provide excellent patient care.
