Pay

Pay: $26 - $40 / hour

About the role

Serve as a mentor to staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge. Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings. Support and mentor the technicians by utilizing your advanced technical skills. Organize training schedules for Technician staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seeks assistance in resolution. Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans. Other related duties as assigned.
