Equipment Mechanics & Diesel Technicians

We are seeking skilled Equipment Mechanics and Diesel Technicians to support the maintenance, repair, and operation of fleet vehicles, heavy machinery, and pavement preservation equipment. Responsibilities Include Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various vehicles and equipment.Conducting safety and DOT inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Maintaining and repairing loaders, rollers, pavers, trucks, trailers, and other construction machinery.Using diagnostic tools, welding equipment, and maintenance software effectively and safely.Assisting with parts procurement, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.Minimum of two years' experience in diesel repair, equipment maintenance, or heavy machinery repair.Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Valid driver’s license; CDL-A and tanker endorsement preferred.Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
