We are seeking skilled Equipment Mechanics and Diesel Technicians to support the maintenance, repair, and operation of fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and pavement preservation machinery. Key Responsibilities Include Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various vehicles and machineryPerforming scheduled, emergency, and preventative repairs on fleet and construction equipmentInspecting and maintaining hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, and mechanical systemsMaintaining safety and DOT inspections, ensuring compliance with policies and regulationsReading manuals, schematics, and work orders; maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with parts procurement, operating diagnostic and welding equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment Qualifications And Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferredAt least two years of experience in diesel repair, equipment maintenance, or related fieldsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsValid driver’s license; CDL-A and tanker endorsement preferredWelding/fabrication skills are advantageousAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain necessary tools Benefits And Opportunities Include Competitive hourly pay ($24.00 - $39.00)Weekly pay, comprehensive insurance options, and health savings accountsRetirement plans with company match, paid time off, holidays, and bonusesCareer growth and advancement opportunities
