Responsibilities

• Lead the development of engineering solutions
• Manage multiple projects
• Oversee engineering teams to enhance North American manufacturing processes
• Conduct feasibility studies for Body Frame Weld equipment
• Develop specifications and process plans for New Model Weld Equipment
• Ensure design and production deliverables align with project goals
• Provide technical guidance
• Support problem analysis
• Influence future development methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of engineering experience
• Expertise in Equipment/Tool development and Honda production facilities preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Body in White construction
• Familiarity with Honda manufacturing processes

Skills

• Technical leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to handle complex projects and conduct root cause analysis
• Willingness to work on the production floor and travel up to 10%
