Lead development of engineering solutions to enhance North American manufacturing, managing multiple projects and guiding other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for Body Frame Weld equipment
• Develop specifications and process plans
• Oversee design and production deliverables
• Support root cause analysis for manufacturing issues
• Influence future development methods
• Mentor team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
• 5+ years of experience in equipment/tool development, manufacturing, or related fields

Skills

• Expertise in Body in White construction
• Problem-solving
• Knowledge of Honda's development processes
• Ability to work on the production floor and travel as needed
