About the Role
We are seeking experienced Epic Research Credentialed Trainers to provide virtual end-user training and education in support of the Epic Research module. This is a 100% remote, 3-month contract position. Must be credentialed in Epic Research and have led Epic Research Training in a classroom setting. No 3rd Parties/No C2C.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver virtual end-user education for the Epic Research module curriculum.
- Conduct scheduled and as-needed Epic Research training classes for end users.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and supplemental support to users as needed.
- Deliver engaging training using adult learning principles and established instructional best practices.
- Utilize and adhere to standardized lesson plans, training manuals, tip sheets, exercises, and other approved training materials.
- Evaluate learner feedback and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness and the overall learner experience.
- Assess user knowledge and proficiency to ensure learners meet required competencies prior to receiving access to the Epic production environment.
- Collaborate with training leadership, application teams, and operational stakeholders to address training needs and learner questions.
Requirements
- Credentialed in Epic Research module with demonstrated experience delivering Epic Research end-user training.
- Previous Epic implementation, rollout, or go-live training experience strongly preferred.
- Strong virtual facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience applying adult learning principles in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to effectively coach users with varying levels of technical and Epic experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote training environment.
