About the role
Epic Credentialed Trainer is needed to support training and certification processes for Epic software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions for new and existing users of Epic software
- Assist in the certification process for Epic users
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Epic users
- Collaborate with other trainers and IT staff to ensure consistent and high-quality training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or training
- Strong knowledge of Epic software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and workflow
