Job Summary
The EPIC Application Support Analyst I acts as a link between end-users, project team members, and other IS resources. They provide excellent customer service and Epic application help in the assigned Epic module.
Essential Functions
- Provides onsite go-live help, upgrade help, and ongoing application help and optimization.
- Responds to help desk tickets and end user requests.
- Identifies and resolves issues through studying business issues/requirements, studying workflows, and synthesizing key messages.
- May assist with onsite end-user training for go-live preparation and ongoing application training.

- Ability and experience knowledge end user workflow and owning the technical components of that workflow.

- Demonstrated excellent social communication skills, among facility customers and team members.
- A quick learner of software and information technology, and motivated to learn new applications.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications.
- Ability to execute complex tasks through organization and details motivated approach.
- Ability to present and conduct classroom training.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- Experience: Less than 1 Year of Experience
