Responsibilities
- System Analysis, Development, Build, and Implementation for Epic Ambulatory.
- Provide End-User Support for Registration, Billing, and Practice Management Adoption.
- Develop, Support, and Maintain Documentation, Policy and Procedures.
- System Testing and Acceptance
- Project Management
- Development and implementation of Revenue Cycle Best Practices
Qualifications
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Epic application certification and experience preferred
- 5 years Application Systems Analyst experience or relevant ambulatory Revenue Cycle background (Charge Capture, Billing, Collections, IT staff, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Possesses an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a healthcare related degree and associated experience.
- An associates degree with more commensurate job related experience.
