About the role

The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and technical lead for outpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy workflows within the Epic Willow Ambulatory module. This role is responsible for application support, system configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-safe medication management operations. The analyst collaborates with pharmacy, clinical, and technical teams to enhance workflow performance, resolve issues, support system upgrades, and implement best practices that improve patient care and operational effectiveness.
