About the role
The Environmental/Toxic Tort department at GRSM San Diego, Carlsbad & Inland Empire offices is seeking experienced attorneys to join their team. This position offers flexible work options, including hybrid opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Practice within the state of California, covering all types of toxic tort actions including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos.
- Work on Prop 65 and class action matters.
- Collaborate with top practitioners in toxic tort and general liability areas.
- Handle litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking tasks.
- Prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California.
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong academic background.
- Proven skills in research.
- Self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.

Pay
GRSM offers a pay range of USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr., tailored to each individual based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
