Responsibilities
- Handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Engage in litigation, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Interact with clients
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Indiana
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in legal research
- Self-starter and driven team player
