About the role
Silver Lining In-Home Care is seeking full- and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services in New Castle and Wilmington, DE. We are dedicated to serving communities, enabling aging adults to live independently, and empowering our Care Family to fulfill their purpose.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care services to clients
- Participate in a 2-week HHA Certification Course (free)
- Complete required homework and pass skills competency sign-offs and tests
- Work flexible shifts to support the community
- Gain skills in behavioral health paraprofessional care
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Criminal record check meeting hiring guidelines
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patients
- Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellence
Qualifications
- Pass physical exam and 2-Step PPDA
