Entry-Level Healthcare Positions - Training Provided

About the role

Silver Lining wants to help you start your career in the healthcare in Sussex County Area. We're hiring full- and part-time HHAs with no experience necessary and we'll get you certified through our free, 2-week HHA course, held in person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. We're a client-driven company with a mission to lift up every community we serve, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support our Care Family in purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Each classroom day mixes lecture with hands-on skills practice
• Homework is assigned and required between sessions
• An optional open lab on Wednesdays gives you extra practice time
• Fridays test your skills through competency sign-offs
• After the course and orientation, you're ready to pick up shifts!
