About the role
Silver Lining In-Home Care is seeking full- and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services to clients in New Castle and Wilmington, DE. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults and empowering our Care Family to fulfill their purpose.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, medication assistance, and light housekeeping services to clients
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and report on client's health and well-being to healthcare providers
- Participate in instructor-led courses and skill-building sessions
- Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Criminal record check meeting hiring guidelines
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patients
- Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellence
- Able to complete required homework and pass skills competency sign-offs and tests
