About the role
Silver Lining In-Home Care is seeking full- and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services to clients in Sussex County. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults and empowering our Care Family through purpose-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care services to clients
- Participate in a 2-week HHA Certification Course offered free of charge
- Complete required homework assignments
- Prepare for and pass skills competency sign-offs and tests
- Gain skills in behavioral health paraprofessional care
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Criminal record check meeting hiring guidelines
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patients
- Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellence
- Pass physical and 2-Step PPDA evaluations
Qualifications
The course includes instructor-led sessions, optional open labs, and weekly skill tests to ensure readiness for employment.
