Entry-Level Healthcare Position - Training Provided

About the role

Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking full- and part-time PCA/Caregivers to provide in-home care services to clients in the Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults and empowering our Care Family through purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services to clients
• Follow client care plans and assist with daily activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Ensure client safety and comfort
• Participate in ongoing training and education

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Two satisfactory professional references
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and have a good attitude

Work Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends. We are willing to work around your schedule!
