About the role

Silver Lining In-Home Care is seeking full- and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services to clients. We are dedicated to serving communities, enabling aging adults to live independently, and empowering our Care Family to fulfill their purpose.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with medication management
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition
• Support with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition
• Ensure client safety and comfort
• Participate in instructor-led course
• Complete required homework and skill competency sign-offs

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Criminal record check meeting hiring guidelines
• Able to lift, position, and transfer patients
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellence
• Good attitude

Qualifications

• Instructor-led course including lecture and skills practice
• Additional open lab time on Wednesdays
• Skills competency sign-offs and tests on Fridays
• Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training available

Benefits

The course is free and includes a certificate upon completion of 500 hours of employment. Additionally, this course provides training in caring for individuals with behavioral and mental health needs.
