Enterprise Sales Agent
Job Summary
Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team. The focus of the Enterprise Sales Agent is to give quotes, close leads, and retain relationships. They will also advise clients on the benefits of various policies as well as tailor insurance packages to meet their specific needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in an inside sales environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Track client data through Salesforce CRM system and engage with pre-qualified prospects.
- Utilize the sales management platform to receive a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Manage customer relationships and provide advice on insurance policies.
- Tailor insurance packages to meet specific client needs.
Role Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Experience with managing customer relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation Summary
This position has a base salary of $50k in addition to a highly competitive commission structure.
