About the role

The Enterprise Sales Solutions Specialist is a high-impact revenue driver responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value revenue opportunities within large-scale enterprise accounts. This role serves as a strategic advisor to C-suite clients, translating complex technical requirements into customized IP fiber, broadband, and infrastructure solutions that align with the business goals of corporate clients, school districts, and medical facilities. The role involves leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to final negotiations, selling a comprehensive suite of telecommunications products including IP voice, IP data, cloud connectivity, managed services, and multi-location networking.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close high-value revenue opportunities within large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite clients, translating complex technical requirements into customized IP fiber, broadband, and infrastructure solutions
  • Translate client needs into tailored IP voice, IP data, cloud connectivity, managed services, and multi-location networking solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to final negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales
  • Experience with IP voice, IP data, cloud connectivity, managed services, and multi-location networking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
