Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through planning and executing the Company’s business plans.
- Direct account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Forge strong ties with Executive decision makers at customers.
- Develop and implement Strategic Sales plans to meet Bookings targets.
- Manage all aspects of customer business activities, including Evangelizing, Prospecting, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, and ongoing Account Management.
- Work collaboratively with the Global Sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across global networks of customer sites.
- Maintain and enhance the PDF worldwide reputation as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors.
Qualifications
- A minimum ten years' experience conducting Strategic Sales campaigns in a business-to-business sales environment is desired.
- The candidate should have some level of deep domain expertise in semiconductor operations, including wafer fabrication, test and assembly operations, and product and process yield management.
- An engineering degree and business education are desired.
- The position requires the ability to work self-directed as needed but also requires the ability to coordinate internal resources across multiple PDF departments and geographic locations.
- Superlative communication and presentation skills are a must.
- The candidate should have a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets comprised of large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.
Pay
Pay Range: USD $300,000.00 - USD $350,000.00 /Yr.
