About the role
Lead the digital content strategy for a transformative migration to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud, driving the vision for how enterprise content is structured, governed, and delivered across a unified digital platform.
Responsibilities
- Define the target content strategy for AEM Sites, DAM/Assets, and Content Fragments, aligned with the architecture of the future platform.
- Build the editorial governance framework: roles and responsibilities, workflows, approval rules, content lifecycle, ownership, and publishing standards.
- Define the content migration rules: prioritization, keep/remove/update decisions, consolidation, rewriting, enrichment, and quality validation.
- Orchestrate content preparation for migration to AEM Cloud in close collaboration with SEO, UX, and Brand teams.
- Define the principles for content structuring across pages, fragments, variations, assets, and metadata, while keeping the model simple and governable.
- Drive editorial consistency across multiple sites and brands, especially for shared elements such as navigation, reusable components, and content templates.
- Oversee the functional mapping between legacy and target templates, components, content structures, and URLs, as a core project deliverable.
- Monitor the quality of migrated content: completeness, consistency, brand compliance, and readiness for publication.
- Coordinate SEO related topics during the redesign: URL governance, redirects, information architecture, and organic performance protection.
- Support the definition of runbooks, operational guides, and training materials to enable teams to operate independently after go live.
- Act as the intermediary with the CGI technical team to clarify needs, validate migration assumptions, and translate business requirements into actionable AEM requirements.
- Participate in project steering meetings, content workshops, and decision-making forums related to content, governance, and migration.
- Facilitate and lead workshops with business teams to gather requirements, clarify use cases, arbitrate content topics, prioritize actions, and align stakeholders.
- Prepare workshops by defining the objective, agenda, participants, materials, key questions, and expected decisions. Structure workshop outcomes, decisions, action items, and open points, then ensure follow up and accountability.
- Bridge business workshops and AEM implementation work by translating expressed needs into concrete rules, content models, workflows, and migration backlog items.
- Foster day to day collaboration with teams through a clear, responsive, and decision-oriented working framework.
