Enrollment Specialist

The company combines evidence-based health interventions with a hybrid in-person + virtual care model to improve the overall cancer experience for patients, providers, and health plans.
Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
- Guide patients through our enrollment process, surfacing goals and concerns to help tailor support.
- Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and ensure patients are connected to the right team members.
- Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs to our clinical teams.
- Share feedback with internal teams based on patient and provider needs, referral trends, and barriers to access.
- Work a structured schedule with coverage to ensure patient access

- You’ve become a go-to resource for both patients and providers, known for your professionalism, warmth, and follow-through.
- You’ve contributed to improvements in our enrollment process and patient experience by identifying gaps and opportunities.
- You’re hitting your daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals day, while ensuring a great patient experience
- You’re passing regular call audits for compliance and quality
What We Are Looking For
- Sales/Enrollment experience - 3+ years of experience in an enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR role with high phone volume and are motivated to help patients access better care and hit enrollment targets.
- Relational & Empathetic: Quick and genuine trust-building skills with both providers and patients. Lead with curiosity, empathy, and clarity.
- Organized & Proactive: Take initiative, stay on top of details, and bring structure to dynamic or ambiguous situations.
- Excited about Startups: Comfortable with frequent change!
- Strong Communicator: Write and speak clearly and professionally. Tailor communication to fit audience and situation.
- Tech-Savvy: Documented in a CRM such as Salesforce and know how to use tools like Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHRs. Adapt easily to new systems and workflows
Additional Information
- Location: Fully remote but candidates must be based in the Northeastern US. Hours for the role are Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
- Compensation: Base + commission structure. Base anticipated to be approximately $60,000 to $70,000 (depending on location & experience) with an opportunity for a $10,000-$15,000 commission, should you hit performance and enrollment targets.
