Enrollment Specialist

About the role

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support.
• Guide patients through the enrollment process, addressing their goals and concerns to tailor support.
• Respond to inbound communications, triaging requests and ensuring patients are connected to the right team members.
• Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs to the clinical teams.
• Share feedback with internal teams based on patient and provider needs, referral trends, and barriers to access.
• Work a structured schedule to ensure patient access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR roles with high phone volume.
• Relational and empathetic: build trust quickly and genuinely with both providers and patients.
• Organized and proactive: take initiative, stay on top of details, and bring structure to dynamic situations.
• Excited about startups: comfortable with frequent change and making a big impact.
• Strong communicator: write and speak clearly and professionally, tailoring communication to fit audiences and situations.
• Tech-savvy: proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, familiar with Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHRs.

Benefits

This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in the Northeastern US. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Eastern.

Pay

The base compensation is approximately $60,000 to $70,000, with an opportunity for a $10,000 to $15,000 commission based on performance and enrollment targets.

Schedule

Candidates must work a structured schedule to ensure patient access.
