Enrollment Practice Leader

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Enrollment Practice Leader to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide the end-to-end group benefits enrollment process, ensuring a smooth client experience and strong execution across every stage of the enrollment cycle. The leader will partner closely with brokers, distribution partners, sales teams, and clients to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and keep complex cases moving forward. In addition, this person will drive operational performance, support strategic initiatives, and help introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency and results.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$118,980 – $195,465 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end group benefits enrollment process to ensure client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary contact for distribution partners, brokers, and clients
• Gather case details and execute enrollment event deliverables effectively
• Provide proactive updates and manage inquiries from stakeholders
• Oversee case management, driving measurable results and meeting performance goals
• Collaborate with sales teams to support operational success
• Identify and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions for enrollment operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group benefits enrollment or related fields
• Successful management of high-volume and high-impact activities with measurable results
• Familiarity with enrollment strategies including 1x1s, decision support engines, and digital media
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
• Experience mentoring team members and providing feedback to leadership
