Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Enrollment Specialists and ensure the highest quality service is provided.
- Determine the level of interest in different enrollment types and schedule meetings based on customer choices.
- Communicate regularly and accurately with referrers and enrolled individuals about the status of enrollments.
- Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from staff and external customers to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Train new participants and their employees on using the GT Caregiver App and other GT Tools.
- Provide daily direction and communication to employees to ensure calls are answered promptly and knowledgeably.
- Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to enhance operations, efficiency, and service.
- Offer performance feedback and coaching to team members on a regular basis.
- Maintain a high-quality work environment and assist in the development of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.
- Participate in special or ongoing projects aimed at improving area operations and processes.
- Communicate appropriately with supervisors regarding department or employee concerns.
- Aid in the documentation and training of the DocuSign program.
- Develop and prepare operational plans and reports on project status.
- Promote adherence to and uphold the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Extensive experience in managing complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Experience in working in a team environment and leading others.
- Competent in using Microsoft programs and the Internet.
- Competent in using Excel.
