Admissions Leader- Enrollment Advisor

As an Enrollment Leader, you'll be the first face future professionals meet and the person who inspires them to believe in what's possible. You'll guide prospective students through one of the biggest decisions of their lives while working alongside a supportive, high-energy team that's passionate about changing lives through education.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective Future Professionals through calls, texts, emails, and in-person appointments.
• Deliver engaging campus tours that showcase the Paul Mitchell experience and culture.
• Guide prospective students through every step of the enrollment process—from first inquiry to first day of class.
• Follow up consistently to answer questions, provide support, and help students confidently take the next step.
• Represent the school at career fairs, high schools, community events, open houses, and recruiting events.
• Accurately maintain student records and enrollment documentation while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Track enrollment activity and help forecast upcoming class starts.
• Partner with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to create an exceptional student experience.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous admissions or enrollment experience in higher education, vocational education, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay

$20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
