Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and revise technical manuals and Preventative Maintenance Systems (PMS).
  • Conduct logistics research and tracking.
  • Draft, review, and route submarine battery operating procedures.
  • Perform battery performance analysis and troubleshoot Automatic Battery Monitoring System (ABMS).
  • Update fleet training materials and provide on-site technical assistance.
  • Participate in face-to-face meetings with stakeholders and analyze fleet operational data for review.
  • Report evaluation and communicate recommendations through established channels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience operating, maintaining, or supporting submarine systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Physical & Security Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, twist, bend, and squat.
  • Must obtain a secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
