About the role

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative materials solutions that drive advancements in semiconductor technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new materials formulations for semiconductor applications.
• Conduct research and analysis to improve material performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical solutions.
• Write technical reports and present findings at internal and external conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in materials science or semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and material properties.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and data analysis software.

Qualifications

• Experience with materials characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, and TEM.
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced proficiency in materials modeling and simulation tools.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
