Engineering Services Coordinator

About the role

Responds to Global (existing SPX channels, representatives/customers) telephone and/or written inquiries regarding spares selection, RSQs, placement of orders, quotations, returns or complaints. Evaluate and perform various tasks daily to ensure that customer satisfaction is at the core of all daily activities. Liaise with external and internal customers and departments such as Supply Chain department, technical department and warehouse to communicate requirements and feedbacks. Also includes handling pricing and price list questions regarding standard products.
