Responsibilities
- Work with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams
- Document plans with the engineering team
- Track progress of prototype builds and deliverables with program managers and engineers
- Use Jira for engineering development
- Manage international shipping, receiving, and logistics, and development
- Track task progress, collect information, and organize presentations for stakeholder digestion
- Track tasks with external partners
- Assist with onboarding suppliers, getting proposals and quotations, placing orders, and tracking deliveries with finance and purchasing
- Help the engineering teams with documentation of development
- Map and track progress of Statement of Works (SOWs) with external development partners
- Update internal website information and keep notes for meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, including 3 years of experience in program/project management
- Experience in international shipping, receiving, and logistics
- Experience with Jira for engineering development
- Experience with constructing work breakdown structures for development of schedules and resource planning
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and functions
- Understanding of the basic process of design/development for consumer electronic products (New Product Introduction [NPI])
- Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Able to construct schedule models from the ground up without prior baseline
- Able to work in a new environment and pull input from various stakeholders
Qualifications
- Preferred experience within development and launch of consumer products
- Prior FAANG/Big Tech experience is a plus
Location and Compensation
This role is located in Redmond, WA, and is available as an onsite/hybrid position. The salary range for this position is between $83,200 - $133,120 annually, depending on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
