Responsibilities

• Work with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams
• Document plans with the engineering team
• Track progress of prototype builds and deliverables with program managers and engineers
• Use Jira for engineering development
• Manage international shipping, receiving, and logistics, and development
• Track task progress, collect information, and organize presentations for stakeholder digestion
• Track tasks with external partners
• Assist with onboarding suppliers, getting proposals and quotations, placing orders, and tracking deliveries with finance and purchasing
• Help the engineering teams with documentation of development
• Map and track progress of Statement of Works (SOWs) with external development partners
• Update internal website information and keep notes for meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
• Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, including 3 years of experience in program/project management
• Experience in international shipping, receiving, and logistics
• Experience with Jira for engineering development
• Experience with constructing work breakdown structures for development of schedules and resource planning
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and functions
• Understanding of the basic process of design/development for consumer electronic products (New Product Introduction [NPI])
• Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to construct schedule models from the ground up without prior baseline
• Able to work in a new environment and pull input from various stakeholders

Qualifications

• Preferred experience within development and launch of consumer products
• Prior FAANG/Big Tech experience is a plus

Location and Compensation

This role is located in Redmond, WA, and is available as an onsite/hybrid position. The salary range for this position is between $83,200 - $133,120 annually, depending on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
