About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator III to support key business initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will partner closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track deliverables, and support process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, status reporting, and project execution activities.
- Cook up contracts, purchase orders, and transactional processing within Workday or similar systems.
- Track project milestones, action items, risks, and ongoing deliverables.
- Create and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, presentations, status reports, and communications.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Aid with process analysis, performance measurement, and reporting initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with business partners, SMEs, and leadership teams to support project and program objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of Project Coordination, PMO, Business Operations, or related experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience creating project plans, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency and minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday, procurement, contracts, or purchase order processing.
- Background supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Corporate Operations teams.
- Experience with business process analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
