About the role

The Engineering Rotational Development Program is structured to provide participants with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of our engineering and manufacturing processes. Participants will rotate through different departments, including but not limited to:

  • Product Development
  • Design Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Quality Assurance
  • Project Management

Each rotation lasts approximately 6 months, allowing participants to develop a deep understanding of the specific functions and their contributions to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering projects.
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of new products.
  • Analyze and solve technical problems using engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Participate in the development of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering departments.

Learning and Development

  • Receive mentorship from experienced engineers and managers.
  • Participate in professional development training sessions.
  • Gain opportunities to lead and manage projects.
  • Get exposure to advanced engineering tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate for different rotations within the program.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in a related field is a plus.

Career Path

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to be placed in permanent roles within the Product Development or Design Engineering teams, based on their skills, interests, and business needs.
