Job Description The Engineering Coordinator will support the daily operations of our Engineering Department and help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained resort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping teams work efficiently. What You Will Do as an Engineering Coordinator: Manage and track maintenance and service work orders from start to finishSupport managers with scheduling, follow‑ups, and prioritizing service requestsCoordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure room access and smooth guest turnoverAssist with procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor communicationMaintain accurate records and prepare simple reports on work order performanceHelp identify ways to improve workflows and reduce delaysSupport team members with basic system questions and troubleshootingServe as a communication link between Engineering and other departmentsAssist with safety and compliance tasks as neededPerform other duties that support the Engineering team Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What You Will Bring: 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, facilities, logistics, or operationsExperience in maintenance or construction environments is a plusValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift or move up to 25 lbs occasionallyAvailability to work nights, weekends and holidaysExperience with work order systems (HotSOS or similar) and procurement tools (Oracle a plus)Strong skills in Microsoft OfficeExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksProblem‑solving skills and a positive, team‑focused attitudeWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
