Engineering Coordinator
Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades, focusing on engineering and manufacturing complex projects for the aerospace, defense, and space industries. This position is located on-site in Sedro-Woolley, WA.

This individual will work within one of our engineering teams, supporting project planning, scheduling, budget monitoring, and report creation. Responsibilities
- Coordinates multiple tasks and projects within an engineering team
- Holds team accountable to team goals and other project-related tasks
- Generates and maintains schedules and budgets for customer projects as well as continuous improvement projects
- Communicates with employees at all levels of the company and with customers or vendors to ensure project success
- Supports and engages with the team in contracts review, creation of design review presentations, procurement of materials, bid work-ups, or completing assigned tasks
- Facilitates team activities including personnel training
- Interfaces with and understands key software programs such as SAP/SQL/QCBD/MS Projects
- Creates and maintains reports to support communication of project and team status
- Works well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
- Demonstrates cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Due to ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required); Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed
- Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory; requires candidate to agree to enter a Continuous Evaluation program
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required (education may be substituted with equivalent industry experience)
- Technical aptitude to learn and retain new concepts
- Highly organized with multitasking ability to evaluate and prioritize work
- Strong communication skills through written, verbal, and graphical mediums in the English language
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software; experience in scheduling software is required
- Being at work on time and maintaining good attendance is an essential function of the job

Pay
Annual range for this role is between $83,000 - $95,000, plus discretionary bonus. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
