Energy Technician III

About the role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Technician III. As an Energy Technician III, you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Install energy efficient equipment
• Conduct pre- and post-installation verifications
• Record and report customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues regarding installation in accordance with client specifications
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
• Travel throughout a defined territory

Requirements

• 0-1 Years experience in a relative industry
• High school or Associates Degree

Qualifications

• Physical Nature of the Job: Work in all climates, Bending, crouching, kneeling
• DOT Requirements: If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Pay

$21.10 - $31.70 per hour
