Career Path
We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator - ATL to join our team. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Responsibilities
- Understand skill 1 processes of the ATL.
- Operation of hoist to move ware off skids and the IT7 line.
- Rework of castings is required.
- All aspects of powder and powder trucker must be learned.
- Inspection of enameled ware and removal of buff/cull ware from the line.
- Assistance in auto pack as needed.
- Proficiency in automation and hand tools as needed is required.
- Move materials to rework station using trucks, dollies, hoists and manual lifting.
- Inspect ware visually and with gages for defects according to Enamel Shop and Cast Iron Quality procedures.
- Segregate conforming and non-conforming product onto transport dollies.
- Pack finished A-1 pieces according to the bill of materials and packing diagrams, scan in production accurately, clean and maintain tools and work area.
- Requires repetitive bending from a sitting or standing position.
- Must pass a vision test.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Physical Capability
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $25.90.
