About the role

Join Kohler Co.'s manufacturing team in Enamel Shop at the Kohler, WI location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products and offer opportunities for growth and advancement within Foundry and Enamel Operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line
• Drive PIV
• Fill powder feeders
• Change forks
• Program enameling robots
• Learn plate numbers and identify colors
• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed
• Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position
• Must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware

Pay

Hourly rate: $26.55, plus $1.50 shift differential.

Schedule

3rd Shift: 10:54PM - 7:12AM, plus overtime. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
• Consistent attendance and work performance
