Enamel Cell Operator - CHRE SK1 SH3

Career Overview

We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) to join our team in Enamel Shop. This position is based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location and specializes in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.
• Drive PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, and program the enameling robots.
• Learn plate number and identify colors.
• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
• Bend, stand, and lift as required.
• Must pass a vision test to inspect ware.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Pay and Schedule

The hourly rate for this position is $25.90. Overtime may be required as needed.

Schedule

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:54PM - 7:12AM, plus overtime.
