These roles are grouped because the same candidate audience could reasonably match more than one opening in this tile.
Senior Litigation Attorney
- Focus: 5+ years California employer-side employment litigation; FEHA depth; wage-and-hour, class actions, PAGA representative actions; motion practice; depositions of complex witnesses; trial preparation; matter ownership; supervision/mentoring junior associates; at least one jury trial experience as first or second chair.
Junior Litigation Attorney
- Focus: 1-4 years California employer-side employment litigation; pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice in CA state/federal courts; discrimination, wage-and-hour, and PAGA matters; independent case ownership; mediation/arbitration preparation; strong written advocacy.
Senior Counsel - Employment
- Focus: 5-8 years focused employment law experience; handle employment compliance, agreements, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, executive compensation, equity plan design/administration, contractor classification, wage/hour, remote workforce compliance, handbooks, HR policies, and startup counseling.
Labor & Employment Associate (Denver)
- Focus: 3-5 years management-side labor and employment law; employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour; discovery requests/responses; depositions; pleadings and motions; hearings/court/admin agency representation; employer counseling, policies, handbooks, compliance with.
Pay & Schedule
- Downtown Los Angeles / San Jose / Manhattan Beach / Torrance, CA: $180K-$280K; $110K-$170K; $180K-$240K + 15% bonus + equity; additional ranges vary by role
- San Francisco, CA / New York, NY / United States: $180K-$240K + 15% bonus + equity
- Denver, CO: $165K-$190K base; OTE $250K-$380K with uncapped quarterly productivity bonus
