Employment Litigation Attorney

Requirements

• 5 years of California litigation experience (employment experience preferred but not required; civil litigation experience is most important)
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal oversight
• Strong drafting experience (motions, mediation briefs, discovery, etc.)
• This is not a legal secretary position
• Project-manager mindset with strong deadline discipline and a focus on moving cases forward
• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred
• Prior remote-work experience strongly preferred
