Employment & Labor Attorney: 3rd-5th year

About the role

Cooley LLP seeks an associate to join the fast-paced employment and labor practice group in our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of broad experience and sophistication in employment counseling, with a focus on statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment dimensions of M&A transactions. Some litigation experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in employment counseling
• Expertise in statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment aspects of M&A transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000–$365,000. Final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
