Responsibilities
- Advise and represent public and private employers on a wide range of employment and labor matters
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic counseling on employment-related issues
- Develop and implement employment policies and procedures
- Draft employment agreements and restrictive covenant agreements
- Handle matters involving non-competes, trade secrets, and wage and hour compliance
- Manage administrative charges and employment-related litigation (including discrimination and restrictive covenant disputes)
- Work on multiple matters simultaneously from inception through resolution
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to client development efforts
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Licensed to practice law in Missouri and in good standing
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and written/oral communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Interest in long-term growth within an employment & labor practice

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (generally high-$100Ks to low-$200Ks, depending on experience)
